Senior Investor Relations Specialist
NexMetro Communities seeks a Sr. Investor Relations Specialist, a full-time position located at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.
Summary of Responsibilities:
*Support our overall investor relations and investor communications in partnership with the Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets.
*Maintain overall responsibility for investor onboarding, administration, and reporting.
*Provide the infrastructure and support to optimize and streamline IR processes.
*Own overall administration and maintenance of Juniper Square (investor portal).
*Keep databases and documents organized and accurate.
*Collect and compile data. Distribute data and reports to investor groups via Juniper Square
*Respond to information requests from investors.
*Support legal compliance tracking as needed.
*Partner with corporate accounting on Investor related matters – i.e. distributions, investments, etc.
*Support the team and cover their responsibilities.
*Ensure our investor experience is of the highest quality in the industry.
*Support the preparation of investor presentations and other collateral to clearly communicate the unique features of Avilla as a real estate investment.
*Help prepare monthly and quarterly investor relations reports.
*Track important investor related information, including communications, follow up, key dates, competitor information, etc.
*Support the organization and execution of investor related events.
*Additional duties as assigned.
Summary of Ideal Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or similar field.
*Experience with Juniper Square or other investor or wealth management portals or CRM systems strongly preferred.
*Proficiency with data management and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) helpful.
*Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and desktop publishing applications such as InDesign and/or aptitude to learn publishing software also desired.
*Must be highly detail-oriented and skilled at follow through.
*Must be technologically savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
*Ability to be proactive, seek/research answers.
*Excellent oral and written communication.
*Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
*Must thrive in a team setting and have aptitude for team mentoring and management.
*Broker-dealer, wealth management, securities licensing (ie. Series 63) experience a plus.
