In this role, you’ll be responsible for the financial and operational oversight of a portfolio of stabilized and lease-up residential assets, executing approved business plans to maximize asset value and deliver risk-adjusted returns aligned with investor objectives. Serving as the primary owner representative, you’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party property management partners to monitor performance, evaluate strategic initiatives and ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.
Details / ApplyThe Property Accountant is responsible for accurately reporting tenant payments received and due while also performing account analysis and reconciliation. Reporting to the Controller of Property Management, the Property Accountant ensures that properties are tax and GAAP compliant and provide financial insights to management on the property’s financial health and profitability.
