In this role, you’ll be responsible for the financial and operational oversight of a portfolio of stabilized and lease-up residential assets, executing approved business plans to maximize asset value and deliver risk-adjusted returns aligned with investor objectives. Serving as the primary owner representative, you’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party property management partners to monitor performance, evaluate strategic initiatives and ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.
