At the heart of that responsibility is a corporate and Board of Director sponsored fund, the NexMetro Philanthropic Fund. The Fund employs our desire to enrich the people and communities we serve. The Fund reflects the spirit of our corporate mission to inspire and empower people to live their best lives.

NexMetro Communities is committed to corporate social responsibility through meaningful philanthropic initiatives that contribute to the betterment of our communities. In the spirit of our mission to inspire and empower people to live their best lives, the NexMetro Philanthropic Fund supports nonprofit organizations that address housing insecurity, animal welfare, and career opportunities in the real estate market, while also supporting organizations that enrich the communities in which NexMetro operates.

NexMetro will consider impact grants between $5,000.00 to $50,000.00.
